Local Appointment Support
When Someone Needs to Be at the Property
A contractor appointment may require a reliable person to provide access, wait at the property or confirm whether the visit took place.
You may be managing the property remotely, dealing with several appointments, unable to attend during the contractor’s time window or need a factual record of what happened.
GRS provides practical on-the-ground support. We attend to an agreed brief, facilitate authorised access and report the appointment outcome clearly.
We do not supervise the contractor, direct the work or certify that repairs have been completed correctly.

Clear Appointment Outcomes
A Factual Record of What Happened
After the appointment, the client can receive an agreed combination of:
- confirmation of the attendance date and time;
- confirmation of whether access was obtained;
- confirmation of whether the contractor attended;
- agreed arrival and departure details;
- before-and-after photographs;
- visible observations;
- accessible meter readings;
- factual visit notes;
- a record of failed access, non-attendance or an aborted appointment;
- confirmation of key collection or return where applicable.
The visit record confirms what was observed during the appointment. It does not determine whether the work was technically necessary, properly completed or compliant with any specification, contract or regulation.
The required reporting format and timeframe are agreed before the booking is confirmed.
